Roles and Responsibilities

1. IT Recruiter/Talent Acquisition Specialist is one who is responsible for full life cycle recruiting including direct sourcing activities, preliminary phone interviewing & negotiation of compensation packages.

2. Sourcing of candidates through various job portals, social media channels like LinkedIn, google, Facebook, Instagram

3.Should be good in Mapping/Head hunting

4.Screening the candidates as per the Job description/Assessment parameter and creating panel for interview

5.Interview line-ups, follow ups with candidates, Negotiate on salary, designation and date of joining with candidates

6.Preparing daily candidate MIS and keeping records of interviews and candidate database in Recruitment Management Software.

Desired Candidate Profile

1. Have strong IT/Non IT recruitment experience

2. Male/Female (anyone with Good communication skills- Can apply)

3. Good time-management skills

4. Rapport building skills, Talkative and high energy

5. Persistent, Willingness to learn, Telephone etiquette

6. Ready for work from office

7. Goal oriented; have a burning desire to be successful in recruitment industry
8. Hands on exp. with posting jobs on social media and job boards
9. Critical thinker & problem-solving skills
10. 5 Days working (Monday - Friday)
