About the Role and Job Profile:

We are currently looking for an HR and executive assistant. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing company with competitive compensation. The ideal candidate is highly self-motivated, professional, and capable of managing their workload and prioritising tasks in a fast-paced corporate environment. the candidate should be exceptional communication and writing skills and meticulous attention to detail. Human resources recruitment and other related activities

What is expected from You?

Perform administrative and office support, such as typing, dictation, spreadsheet creation, faxing, and maintenance of the filing system and contact database.

Organise team communications and plan events, both internally and offsite.

Talent acquisition and management human resources

Perform administrative and office support, such as typing, dictation, spreadsheet creation, faxing, and maintenance of filing the system and contact database

Excellent written and verbal communication Skills.

Take minutes during the meeting.

Strong time-management skills and the ability to organise multiple projects at once

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other office productivity tools, with the aptitude to learn new software and systems

Manage professional and personal scheduling, including agenda, emails, calls, client management and other company logistic,

Organise team communication and plan events, both internally and offsite—strong time management skills and ability to manage multiple projects.

Location: Kolkata (Prime location in Dalhousie Area)

Qualification: Minimum graduation. English (Hons ) will be preferred . Qualification in HR would be added advantage
