Roles & Responsibilities:
Track and connect with the building owners in the given vicinity/micro market.
Be active on the ground and source brown field inventory as per company requirements.
Track, analyze, scout and convert the prospects into Colive brown field- partners
Onboard properties and complete the process to make them “Live” by ensuring documentation, also coordinating with transformation and sales teams in the process.
Make sure to provide all partners/building owners with the needed information about Colive and ensure agreements are executed in a time bound manner.
Assessing opportunities to acquire new inventory, market research on pricing and competition analysis.
Making sure to capture the proper details as per the company requirements and achieve mandated signings. Requirements:
MBA/PGDM students pursuing Sales/Marketing Specialization.
Must have Android smart phone.
Personal vehicle preferably 2 wheelers is a must.
Fluency in local language will be preferred.
Meet monthly/Quarterly targets.
