Your role

Do you want to help support Chief Digital Information Office Asset Management Technology - India (CDIO AM) to develop digital capabilities and technical platforms for the largest private bank in APAC? Are you keen to work in a very competitive and dynamic environment, being part of the senior management team in shaping the future of asset management for our clients?
We’re looking for a business manager and chief of staff combined role to:

– Oversee strategic business initiatives and AM site strategy
– Collaborate with CDIO AM India leadership team to build communication strategy in collaboration with central IT COO and Comms teams
– Point of contact for site support team – Site ops, BCP, HR, Staffing, Finance, procurement
– Manage headcount, hiring in collaboration with HR and supplier management deliverables
– Participate in change implementation projects as required, representing the CDIO AM India team
– Accurate and timely management reporting and escalation
– Accountable for various admin deliverables – Hiring target, Newsletter, capacity management, staff meeting coordination, Global and site event, knowledge management
– Drive quarterly OKRs and People Engagement initiatives and develop site level presentations for key offsites and meetings
– Ensure Technology delivers to its financial commitments and provide oversight of the financials

You’ll be part of the Asset Management Technology Team reporting to the Head of CDIO AM India Technology and Initiatives across portfolio

Your expertise

Your experience and skills
  • ideally 8-10 years of relevant work experience, including similar positions in financial institutions
  • have a good level of accounting knowledge, and proven record of understanding and analyzing technology financial information
  • high proficiency in communication, branding and data analytics related tools and standard ms office suite (excel, powerpoint, word) and share point for knowledge management. ability to prepare sleek and executive-ready presentation promptly will be a strong advantage
  • excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in english.
  • a high level of interpersonal and intercultural skills including the ability to build strong relationships to impact and influence decisions and individuals without formal authority
  • ability to execute and improve business processes, develop dashboards, and deliver data-driven insights, drive organizational compliance, pro-actively identify and mitigate business risks, and partner with stakeholders across the enterprise.
  • you are:
