2 Years of Experience in IT Recruitment is required.

Recruitment: Understand manpower requisition; draft job description & get it approved; source suitable candidates through various channels; Post vacancies in social media/job portals/open modems; conduct telephonic/personal interview for screening; Arrange & coordinate technical interview; Communicate employment status to applicants; Maintain updated candidates database
Induction & Onboarding: Issue offer letter; Orient new joinees with company’s
foundation, history, vision, mission, business & products, policies, culture etc.; file
documents of new joinees; Coordinate with trainers’ team for training; Introduction with staff.
HR Policies: Drafting & formulation of HR policies; circulate it among employees & ensure its proper implementation
❖ Attendance & Leave: Keep track of employees’ attendance, leaves taken, reporting & leaving times; File leave forms; Take corrective &/or preventive measures to assure
Employee Engagement: Bring various ideas for & Conduct employee engagement activities on regular basis
Employee Relation: Resolve employees’ doubts & queries regarding HR policies;
Listen to & understand their issues & concerns & try to resolve them to the extent of
delegated authority, or else convey it to management
Exit Formalities: Conduct exit interviews; Help the person to be relieved properly; Issue relieving letter & experience letter; Do full & final settlement
Performance Management: Conduct One o One meeting, conduct review, Increment, Appreciation, Demotion, PIP of employees
Payroll: Coordinate with Staff for Salary and give approval for the same.
General Administration: Handle the entire spectrum of activities across providing
facilities support and efficiently handle contractors, Record management, Liaise with
concerned teams when there is an issue/escalation.

❖ Salary Negotiation and No Bar for Right Candidate
❖ Annual Performance Appraisal: Design and Develop formats for Annual Performance
❖ To deal with vendors/service providers like suppliers, courier, manpower consultants etc.
❖ To take care of legal cases and their proper follow-up. To ensure statutory liabilities and timely renewal of Trade License, Property Tax etc.
