In a Client Relationship role at Tracecost, you'll be understanding the most important areas of improvement for customers and selling our products, services, software, or solutions to them, both directly and indirectly. You'll have the resources to develop your talent and creativity as well. Your day to day job role will include:

  • Receiving, handling and converting Meetings, Events and Group enquiries.
  • Presenting and Selling available and suitable options to the highest possible standard.
  • Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
  • Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence.
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
  • Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
  • In the customer facing role, you will manage the client relationships across levels.**
  • You will also use your expertise in solution positioning and sales. **
  • You will drive proactive campaigns to build the pipeline, use specialized knowledge and skills to prospect, qualify, negotiate and close opportunities.**
  • You may also have named accounts allocated or cover a designated geography.



  • Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
  • Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills.
  • Ability to nurture executive level relationships.**
  • Partner management.**
  • Collaboration to ensure seamless integration of sales activities.**
  • Bachelor's degree. MBA preferred. **
  • Demonstrated achievement of progressively higher quota, diversity of business customers, and high level customer experience.
  • Selling experience in infrastructure, manufacturing and construction areas preferred. Typically 6 months -5 years of solution sales experience

Salary: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
