We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role AVP-IRRBB-FCD.

Principal responsibilities:

  • Independently manage requirements gathering, translation and management throughout the project life cycle.
  • Use systematic thinking and creativity to support development of solution options
  • Ensure successful end-to-end and timely implementation of BRD/CR.
  • Support group team to evaluate relative costs, benefits and obstacles of potential solutions before implementing.
  • Understand business and Finance priorities, drivers and challenges and how own project fits in.
  • Employ an improvement mindset to participate actively and constructively in the work of the team
  • Work closely with senior business stakeholders (Middle Markets, Group and Site Treasury and others) and understand their objective, priorities and challenges.
  • Build effective working relationships within own team and other functional areas.
  • Understand own stakeholders' objectives, direction, priorities and challenges, managing and addressing concerns and objections.
  • 8+ years’ experience in banking and been part of significant change initiatives preferably in the financial services industry
  • Knowledge of Asset Liability Management (ALM), Middle Office, Interest Rate risk buy-in environment preferable
  • Strong understanding of financial products (specifically Retail, GB&M and IRR) and how they impact finance operations.
  • Knowledge and working experience in SQL and/or VBA is desirable
  • Ability to work with little supervision, proactive, with drive and energy
  • Use and experience with JIRA as tool for test execution
  • Knowledge of Funds Transfer Pricing
  • Understanding of Software Development Lifecycle
  • Strong understanding on Banking Products and characteristics.
  • Middle Office experience in a Tier 1 Bank
  • Experience building or executing controls on data integrity/completeness
