Roles and Responsibilities:
- Overseeing the customer service process.
- Resolving customer complaints brought to your attention.
- Supporting the customer through an email system and phone calls.
- Monitoring the performance of individual representatives.
- Taking feedback from the customers.
- Maintaining a healthy relationship with the clients.
- Conducting customer satisfaction surveys to understand what areas of the company's services need improvements
- Managing payment and delivery of customer orders .
Skills and Qualifications
- Expert at targeted communications across various media platforms.
- Good knowledge of managing the performance of the team.
- Problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent in MS Office Functions (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access).
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience is required.
