Post: Sales Coordinator
Qualification: Diploma / Graduation in Electronics/ Communication/ Electrical / Mechanical.
Experience: 2-3 Years Nature of Duties:
Job Description:
a) Sending Enquiries to Vendors.
b) Preparation of Quotations.
c) Collecting Daily attendance from Site Supervisors.
d) Mail Correspondence with vendors and clients.
e) Follow-up for outstanding payments.
f) Follow-up for new orders.
g) Preparation of Monthly Attendance Sheet (Site wise) h) Proficiency in MS Office (Excel/Word/Outlook).
i) Knowledge on ELV products ( CCTV/Fire Alarm/PA/Access Control/ Audio Video products/Telecom (PBX)/Fire Fighting Equipment, etc.
Job Location: Hyderabad.
