Product Manager-JD

Responsibilities: -

Ø Design and own product roadmap. Ensure steady execution of product life cycle processes from idea to final launch

Ø Be the voice of the user. Understand user needs and pain points through one-on-one interaction directly with users or product/business stakeholders

Ø Lead the development of the product roadmap through conducting user research, market research, analyzing the competitive environment and understanding key product metrics. Build backlogs of capabilities

Ø Evaluate marketing and sales strategies to ensure that they are in line with product strategy.

Ø Work closely with the design team to create wireframes and write requirements/specifications for all new product features and additions to existing features.

Ø Collaborate with engineering teams to drive feasibility analysis and refine product requirements.

Ø Create and track product success metrics and use them to identify problems and opportunities to pursue.

Ø Own the design < > engineering teams hand-off, release timelines and work with business teams to plan and execute product launches.

Ø Collect and analyze customer needs, and collaborate with key stakeholders to ideate and develop solutions that create value for customers.

Desired-

Ø BTech from IITs, NITs with 5-6 years of Product Manager experience from a B2C Company (Edtech). Frist Preference to IIT- Mumbai, Chennai, Delhi pass out candidates

Ø A strong technical background that earns you the respect and trust of our engineers.

Ø Passion for design and user experience.

Ø Good communication skills and ability to articulate your vision well

Ø Experience managing the development process: you know how to make things happen.

Ø Ability to influence people who do not directly report to you.

Compensation: It will be at par with the Industry Standards

Salary: ₹2,000,000.00 - ₹5,000,000.00 per year
