Full Description
Roles & Responsibility
· Responsible for setting up of HR Processes, Policies, SOP, and Manuals. (Designing, enhancing, and implementing)
· In-depth knowledge of HR Concepts
· Smart enough to run and implement HR Practices – Team handling
· Responsible for HR Compliances and Payroll. Being the point of contact for compliance and payroll (internally and externally).
· End to End Recruitment - Inducting the new joinee by completing the joining formalities and other required paperwork.
· HR Operations
· Designing/editing KRAs (annually) to align the employee performance to the organization’s
annual goal.
· Improving and monitoring employee productivity.
· Analysing needs of the organization, be it reward & recognition/coaching/training and finding
solutions accordingly
· Responsible for handling employee relations, grievance handling, and resolving employee queries.
· Manpower Planning and Handling crises.
· Contract Labour Management
· Attendance, Leaves & Time Office Management for all contracts, workers, and staff.
· Display of Notices under Various Laws.
· Training to contract, worker, and regular employees as per need and instructions.
· Security, Housekeeping, and Visitor management.
· Ensure safety at the plant level
· Day-to-day documentation for Audits.
- Create job postings on various job sites and gather relevant applications
- Interviewing, Verifying Background, Onboarding, and Inducting employees
- Maintains human resources records by maintaining Applications, Résumés, and Applicant Logs
- Creation of ID, Offer Letters, Appointment Letters, NOCs, Employee Codes, Email ID
- Handle all employee functions such as Leaves, Medical Insurance, Claims Reimbursement, etc.
- Handle inputs for payroll and ensure smooth execution of payroll process.
- Handle team events, regular engagement with employees
- Process F&F, Exit Interviews, and Clearances/ Experience Certificates for all separation cases
- Ensure timely submission of MIS to Management including Monthly Manpower Report, HR Dashboard
- Maintain Attendance, Employee Data, and Performance Recognition.
- Keep up to date on current employment legislation and regulations and enforce them within the company
- Support all internal and external HR-Administration related inquiries or requests
- Manage vendor activities and maintain both new and existing vendor relationships

Qualifications:
- Bachelors and Master’s Degree in human resources, business administration, or related field.
· Must have good written and verbal communication skills with excellent command of English
- Minimum Experience - 5 to 7 Years
Preference / Skills:
· Experience working in the manufacturing industry
· Well-versed with MS office and the internet.
· Software: Spine.
· Good analytical and problem-solving skills
· Deep understanding of recruitment processes
· Previous experience with candidate sourcing tools and methods
· Excellent knowledge of the area of expertise (market status, trends, best practices)
· Client focus along with relationship-building skills
· Integrity and confidentiality
· Good documentation experience on functional and/or technical aspects of work.
· Independent judgment, Knowledge of techniques and criteria for achieving objectives.
· Should be well versed with clean, secure, and good HR principles and practices.
· Self-motivated and proactive.
· Good self-learning ability

Salary: ₹600,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
