Key Accountabilities

Helps build a strong case for Sterlite by educating the customer about customized offerings of the business unit (products / services / software)

Responsible to develop, maintain and leverage relationships to identify and engage new key accounts for Sterlite

Plays an integral role in new business pitches and on boarding of new clients

Acts as a link of communication between large global accounts and internal teams

Responsible for ensuring that profitable sales volume and strategic objective targets are met for the assigned key accounts

Develop new methods of engagement for existing key accounts

Devise and implement special programs for key accounts

Responsible for resource planning and budgeting for the team

Contacts existing customers to discuss and give recommendations on how specific products or services can meet their needs

Preferred Experience and Qualification

Graduate with MBA and 10-15 years experience in handling B2B private sector sales, client management and bidding for the product / service / software business
