This role is Digital Client Platform Implementation Specialist (Horizon). The role is part of the Digital Client Success Management team and the primary purpose of the role is to plan, manage and drive the client implementations in a global landscape ensuring functional and technical implementation of services internally and externally.

The Implementation Specialist will have a main focus on the implementation of TMF Horizon. This is one of the digital platforms in scope of the Digital Client Success Management team and used for the management of the Payroll process. Other platforms in scope of the team are IN-SITE/DTS (data integration middleware) and KRAIOS (multi service line single point of entry for client users).

Key Responsibilities

  • Create detailed implementation planning for your own projects as well as for projects for others based on contractual agreement and solution design.
  • Support the Team Leader, Digital Client Platform Implementation with Capacity planning, data management and reporting
  • Act as the single point of contact for implementations, troubleshooting issues, planning, communicating updates and progress
  • Execute complete, correct and timely implementation of the TMF Horizon platform internally and externally, focusing on planning and quality against service level expectations
  • Lead a global kick off call, collect all relevant implementation data, setup the system(s) and perform test to see if all works well.
  • Setup of new TMF Offices and new Clients in the platform(s)
  • Setup of TMF and Client users and their (approved) profile(s)
  • Once all is setup, perform a setup review call and ensure you obtain a Client Setup Signoff
  • Liaising with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope and objectives
  • Ensuring that clients’ needs are met as the project evolves
  • Coordinate activities, resources and information for all types of deals (Local, Global etc.)
  • Break projects into achievable actions and set timeframes and deadlines
  • Pro-actively seek and provide status updates, update implementation plans and lead update calls
  • Analyze risks and opportunities
  • Monitor project progress and ensure that any issues that arise are being handled
  • Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants
  • Ensure correct, complete and accurate implementation administration using the central planning tool, ensuring a real-time and up-to-date overview of the statuses of all your implementations and tasks
  • Ensuring projects adhere to set business operating procedures and frameworks, and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each client and project.
  • File all appropriate legal paperwork (e.g. MSA’s and SOW’s) and maintain a good administration
  • Create and/or contribute to the maintenance of comprehensive project documentation, business operating procedures, templated plans and reports
  • Take full responsibility for implementation projects from client signature up until and including a handover to the business as usual Support teams
  • Engages in post implementation analysis to ensure successful client onboarding
  • Create periodic management reports showing the effectiveness and improved capacity/efficiency of owned work
  • Provide input to (further) develop implementation and automation strategies and processes which allow the team to successfully implement TMF offices and clients onto the platform
  • Partner with Digital Client Success Managers, Implementation Services team, Development team and Production Management and other internal parties (Orchestration and GEM enhancement team) to ensure effective applications implementation for all external and internal clients for the existing legacy digital platform systems and TMF’s next generation Digital Client Platform
