Description

Target Oriented & Aggressive approach

  • Generate business and deliver set objectives from the government sector directly and

through a team of channel partners.

  • Should have product sales experience of minimum 5 years. Government sales

experience will be added advantage.

  • Negotiation with clients and convert enquiries to Order.
  • To reach out and introduce KRT and ST tank technology into all relevant government

departments at national and state level.

  • Propagate company vision & mission among customers and sales people in the field.
  • Develop sales strategies to acquire new customers or clients.
  • Build a robots broker and channel network to generate demand through channel partner

portfolio.

  • Conduct market research and gather market intelligence data related to potential clients

related to portfolios

  • Maintain a deep understanding of customer needs and monitor their requirements
  • Conduct regular meetings with existing customers and ensure they remain satisfied and

ensure positive feedback and reference

  • Escalate feedback received from client to top management and undertake corrective

actions as and when required.

  • To actively focus on key departments/ states for Jal Jeevan Mission.
  • Work with department and get our product specified for tenders in all relevant

departments.

  • Presenting and establishing contacts with Consultants working on govt projects
  • Enrol relevant channel partner / contractors to liaison and front end the business with

various government departments.

  • Deliver the quarterly, half yearly and annual business objectives set for the vertical.
  • To map all relevant government departments on national and state level,
  • Establish contacts, schedule meetings, present technology to key stake holders in

government departments.

  • Explore and build a team of government contractor/ liaison people to front end the

business.

  • Build strong value proposition for our solutions to be presented to government

departments.

  • Work with R&D team to develop specific solutions (if needed) to meet government

needs.

  • Get our technical details specified for the government tenders so as to ring fence the

requirement.

  • Follow the systems and processes established in the company.
  • Coordinate with Govt. Contractor in all stages of Tender to comply with Govt. Tender

processes.

  • Coordinating with Various agencies for collection of payments.
  • Exploring new business opportunities in region.
  • Coordinate for Tank Installation with Operation team & ensuring installation compliance

as per Client Requirement.

  • Follow up & Coordinate for Services related jobs in region.
  • Willing to travel extensively – 18-20 days in a month.
