Responsibilities

  • Good English communication skills
  • Providing proactive customer outreach
  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
  • strong phone call contact handling skills and active listening
  • Manage incoming/Outgoing phone calls
  • Generate sales leads
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits follow up to ensure resolution
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
  • Take the extra mile to engage customers
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Customer Orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different type of character
  • Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions and suggesting information about other products and services
