Job description

  • Prepare all tender documents in the specific formats related to the bid and submit the documents within stipulated time limits on the above-mentioned portals.
  • Good knowledge of Government Tender Online & Offline Filling.
  • Develop, maintain, and intensify contacts with relevant government departments and authorities.
  • Prepare all tender documents in the specific formats related to the bid and submit the documents within stipulated time limits on the portals.
  • Good knowledge of Government Tender Online & Offline Filling.
  • Should have the knowledge of submission of Bids like Bunch Bid, Reverse Bid, Custom Bid and Normal Bid.
  • Coordinate with the respective officials and document the progress of the tender.
  • Keeping lists of the Government agencies or person representing the person, agency, or organization.
  • Candidate must be able to counter & solve GEM queries of clients.
  • Work with other staff members to develop a greater understanding of the business and any issues that arise.

Other Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for generating New Leads/Requirements and maintaining Existing Clients to enhance Business relations.
  • Generate requirements from New Clients and Existing Clients through Cold Calling.
  • Understand the Clients requirements and Shortlist suitable candidates based on technological skills, rates and location preferences from the available pool of Resources.
  • Negotiate The rates with the Clients and Candidates
  • Make timely resume submissions and provide all the Information to the Client, which is required for making the Client Submission.
  • Follow-up with The Clients on the Progress of the Submittals made.

Requirement:

  • Applicant having 0- 4 years of experience in Business Development role from Recruitment Firms/IT Software/Inside Sales/International Sales /Outbound Sales/International BPO may apply

-Candidate from Lead Generation/Cold calling background may apply
-Good negotiation, convincing and client servicing skills
-Ability to work independently and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
-Must be confident, Self-motivated with a go-getter attitude
