- Territory Manager is expected to manage a set of KAM/CSM and ensuring that the team is achieving the monthly SOP targets.
- Acquisition & servicing of Govt. clients in the field of Municipal Corporations, State Governments, Govt. PF Trusts, Embassies, Gram Panchayats, Govt. Boards & Development Authorities, Defence, Autonomous Bodies etc.
- Would be responsible for handling transaction & investment banking business like Payments, Collections, Fixed Deposits, FX, Electronic Transfers, Online Payment Gateway, Asset business & other banking & financial products to the Govt clients
- Create a rapport with the top management of all the clientele
- Generate leads for other banking products offered by the bank like asstes, insurance, TPP etc.
- Work closely with the Retail Branch for ensuring efficient service to clients
- Relevant work experience of 5 yrs and above
- Needs to have very strong Banking knowledge and should be well versed with the products, processes and systems of the bank. Needs to be approachable and should have the ability to guide and be the first point of contact for the employees.
- Accuracy and analytical ability on MIS
- Able to manage and drive various Learning events
- Eye for details, Meticulous, Good communication skills
- EMBA/Post graduate preferred
