Designation: Inside Sales and Demand generation Executive

Job type: Full-time- Work from Home (Remote Working) - You could be based anywhere in India

Job Location: Bangalore- Mumbai- Gurgaon-Chennai- Major State Capitals across India, willing to work at night to make calls to the prospects in the USA

Job summary:

We are looking for International* Inside Sales and Demand generation Executives*. You will be building new business opportunities by establishing and developing relationships with potential clients in the B2B space. The expectation is to utilize your skills to cultivate strong relationships with US clients. This role is an end-to-end role, starting from first contact till the closure of the deal. You will also ensure seamless account management. If you are motivated and results-driven, and enjoy working in a remote environment, we’d like to meet you over a VC. The candidate should be a self-starter, believing in making things happen and should not get bogged down by any kind of bias in Mind whatsoever. High conviction in efforts and a structured sales process are a must to build sustainable results, hence respect for a cadence is a crucial expectation. A high willingness to learn and execute the plans is the key expectation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Building database for prospecting
  • Doing Prospecting by sending personalized emails, connecting on LinkedIn and then doing Phone calls /VC with potential clients in the US
  • Collecting market information to analyze trends and identify business opportunities in the USA, Canada and European Union
  • Generate and qualify leads as necessary to build the sales pipeline on a daily basis
  • Utilize leads lists and initiate outbound communication with qualified leads on a daily basis
  • Research on client needs, business trends, competition, and market dynamics.
  • Create outstanding business proposals for our existing and new clients.

Background:

Must have an Inside Sales (International) and demand generation experience in a B2B Company, having clients in the USA and Europe. The candidate should ideally be from a SaaS, IT, ITES, BPM, or LPO background with international selling experience

Qualifications:

  • Graduate with deep interest to build their career in Sales
  • Excellent business writing and fluent English language proficiency.
  • Excellent email etiquette skills
  • High level of self-confidence, self-driven, results-oriented with a positive outlook, and a clear focus on high-quality results.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
  • A natural forward planner who critically assesses own performance.

Experience:

2 to 3 years of Inside Sales experience (specifically in international sales) in countries like the United Kingdom, Canada, United States

Bright freshers having proficiency in English and with a deep Interest in sales can also apply.
