Job Description:
- To develop sales & marketing strategies to develop sales growth in the assigned area.
- To develop and manage an efficient distribution network to improve sales performance.
- To conduct market research to understand competitors & market trends.
- To provide innovative ideas & suggestions to improve market presence.
- To report & coordinate with the General Manager - Sales to enhance revenue & sales performance.
- To maintain relationships with existing customers for repeat business.
- To build a sales culture & sales centric atmosphere among the team members.
- To develop creative promotional strategies to attract more customers.
- To perform any other task assigned by Reporting Head/Director-Sales/Director-Service.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹600,000.00 - ₹650,000.00 per year
