Job Description

• Responsible for end to end Hiring through various sources eg Job Portals, Head hunting, Social Media, Referencing, Internal sources, Consultants etc.
• Screening profiles and arrange Interviews (Telephonic, F2F, Skype).
• Responsible for preparing & monitoring induction & Orientation programs for new joiners and making them well verse with the organization policy and procedures.
• Filling positions within an organization.
• Designing and implementing recruiting systems for the organization.
• Executing recruitment plans efficiently.
• Drafting and posting job descriptions.
• Interviewing candidates.
• Preparing job offer
• - Act as the first line of contact from HR for any HR for any employee relations issues.

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Internship
Contract length: 6 months

Salary: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
