Full Description
The role is responsible for managing sales in a specific territory. The key accountabilities include business development and increase in market share by addition of new customers, retention of existing customers, and managing outstanding credit collections in the territory.

4+ years of experience in a Logistics/courier industry or related field
Salary : Upto 6LPA
Responsibilities
- Keeping a check of daily/weekly/monthly sales in line of the defined budget & strategy and ensure the team is moving with the organization's defined direction
- Collaborate with CRM, commercial and Operations teams to define strategies and achieve regional budgeted revenue numbers
- Monitor and track the collection of credit in the region and make sure the collections are as per the expected timelines
- Review the sales performance of each Sales Manager in the region and provide strategic guidance to the team
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 4+ years of experience in a Logistics industry or related field
- Knowledge of market dynamics in courier, transportation and logistics industry
- Knowledge in data analysis, to understand performance of various areas in the region
- Ability to travel in order to do business
