Job Requirements:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
• Passion for the marketing industry and its best practices.
• In-depth working knowledge of social media platforms such as “ Facebook,
• Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest and LinkedIn
• Experience with social media analytics, including Google Analytics and Facebook Insights.
• Familiar with multi-social posting through programs such as Hootsuite and HubSpot.
• Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
• Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
• 1-2 years of experience with Facebook ads campaign

Job Description:

• Oversees all company social media accounts management
• Develops engaging, creative, innovative content for regularly scheduled posts which enlighten audiences and promote brand-focused messages
• Plan and implement paid ads campaigns on Facebook, Instagram and Google to drive sales for E-commerce websites.
• Track, measure, optimize, explore and report campaign performance
• Identify the tactics and platforms that will be most effective in reaching the specified target audience & goals
• Collect quantitative and qualitative data from marketing campaigns
• Develop content calendars on a weekly and monthly basis for company brands.
• Monitor analytics with social media team to identify viable ideas
• Create engaging social media content
• Work alongside the team to create a plan for social media strategies monthly.
• Monitor postings to ensure brand message is constant from the terminology used to images posted.
• Aid in the daily aspects of promoting the businesses campaigns
• Interact with followers and potential customers by communicating and answering questions through the company's social pages
• Assist in implementing plans to increase followers on popular social media websites such as Twitter, Pinterest, Facebook, YouTube and LinkedIn

Job Qualifications:

• Minimum 4 year of digital marketing experience
• Content creation skills
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Bachelor’s Degree required

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹22,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
