New Job Servicenow Developer In Madhya Pradesh

Experience: 3+ Years (2+ relevant in SNOW)

NP: Immediate to 15 Days ( Serving Np candidates up to 45 Days)

Job Location: Indore or Hyderabad ( Need to work from Office)

Hybrid Model

Responsibilities :

• 5 + Years (4+ relevant in SNOW)
• Develop and implement customisations in the ServiceNow platform.
• Write GlideAPI code and JavaScript to accomplish the requests.
• Work with QA and end users to ensure new functionality passes testing, and defects are resolved in a timely manner
• Integrate ServiceNow with other third-party tools using SOAP and REST web services
• Write technical specifications or document the requirements.
• Create simple POCs and conduct short demos to stakeholders.
• Contribute with technical inputs in adhering to ServiceNow business practice.
• Train/mentor team members as appropriate.
• Coordinate multiple projects with the client and team members.
• Perform feature demos to the client.
• Enter user stories and tasks into the Agile Management tool. Update the status of the tasks regularly.
• Be willing to enhance knowledge of ServiceNow technology and its business applications.

Key Skills:

• 4+ years of experience on the ServiceNow platform.
• Experience in the development and customization of ServiceNow modules like:
• Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Knowledge Management, Asset Management, CMDB, etc.
• Optional - Customer Service Management, Field Service Management
• Experience in ServiceNow Scripting, JavaScript, GlideAPI, Service Portal UI coding, AngularJS.
• Good in client-side scripting, server-side scripting, ServiceNow UI branding, and customizations.
• Excellent understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities and tools.
• Possess any of the following ServiceNow certifications:
• CSA - Certified System Administrator
• CIS - Certified Implementation Specialist
• CAD - Certified Application Developer
• Excellent communication skills and must be enthusiastic and must have a positive attitude/outlook.
• Must have directly (1-on-1) interacted with US clients.
• Excellent Documentation and presentation skills.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure.

Optional Skills:

• Web Services Integration (SOAP, REST, and JSON).
• Experience in the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes including client requirement analysis and system design.
• Participate or manage a new SNOW implementation and/or SNOW upgrades.
• ITIL Certification

Education & Certifications: -

• o Bachelor’s/Engineering Degree in Computer Science/MBA/MCA

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary: ₹507,626.00 - ₹1,623,565.00 per year
