Job description and responsibilities:

Sales Manager:

  • Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue, and expense controls.
  • Lead a sales team by providing guidance, training and mentorship.
  • Setting sales goals, creating sales plans, analysing data, assigning sales territories and building their team.
  • Meeting planned sales goals.
  • Setting individual sales targets with the sales team.
  • Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary.
  • Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team.
  • Coordinating with marketing on lead generation.
  • The ongoing training of your salespeople.
  • Developing your sales team through motivation, counselling, and product knowledge education.
  • Promoting the organization and products.
  • Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our products/services.

Sales Officer/Executive :

  • Welcome the visitors, greet, understand their needs, make presentation of the products and advise them suitable products as per their needs.
  • · Good in client relationship management.
  • · Prepare the quotations as per the client needs and prepare the order.
  • · Ability to connect and communicate with higher end clients from different horizons, listen to them, understand their needs and fulfill their requirements.
  • · Excellent in sales skills, with the ability to advice, convince and close the deal.
  • · Excellent in interpersonal communication and presentation skills
  • · Self-motivated, dynamic and entrepreneurial mindset with initiative and autonomy
  • · Team player with ability to interact and work efficiently with internal sales teams
  • · High level of responsibility, with the sense of loyalty and business ethics
  • · English language skills is a great plus, excellent English communication skills is an added Advantage.

Salary: ₹12,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per month
