New Job Peoplesoft Hcm Techno Functional Consultant In Karnataka

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Technically design, document and enhance the PeopleSoft application as per the Business Requirement
• Diagnose issues, design a solution to the problem and implement it
• Highlight risks on time if there are any potential delays
• Accountability of own work and helping junior resources execute tasks
• Ensure that project deliverables meet business requirements and complete the project within assigned timelines.
• Deliver technical information, support and training to internal customers to assist them in performing and improving their daily work processes.
• Skill Set required:

• 2.5-8 Years of PeopleSoft HCM Techno functional experience.
• Good communication, analytical skills, and presentation skills (Client Facing)
• Strong expertise in HCM 9.2 modules - Core HR, ESS, MSS
• Knowledge in Absence Management, Global Payroll, Time & Labor, Benefits, and Compensation is an added advantage
• Hands-on Experience in technical Skills - App Designer, SQL, BI Publisher, App Engines, CI, AWE (Approval Workflow Engines), App Packages and Online customisations.
• Must have previously worked on Implementation/ Support & Upgrade projects
• Proven ability to evaluate configuration options to leverage PeopleSoft delivered functionality.
• Knowledge of Fluid-related concepts is a must
• Expertise in functional and technical documentation

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹500,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
