New Job Merchandiser Manager In Haryana

Dear Candidate,

We are looking Merchandiser Manager....

Candidates must have experience in Leather and fabric bags, wallets, and accessories.

· Understand the concept ideation from the Management. Translate the new ideas into a complete plan of action.

· Perform International Market Research, Trend and Competitor analysis, and provide recommendations accordingly

· Actively involved with the buyers for day to day correspondence and updating them with the detailed status of their current orders and sampling.

· Participate in new project meetings and share the new work information with all the team members.

· Follow up to buyers and buying houses for new development and orders.

· Work on the buyer testing requirement before production start.

· Identify customer needs by analyzing sales and stock data, store visits and local market visits and map offerings to suit the same if required

· Developing distributor network and corporate network to achieve business targets..

· Business Meets on Pan India basis for expanding distribution.

· Work on categorization on website in coordination with the reporting officer and optimize the existing categories as per data analysis.

· Stay updated with the happenings in International leather accessories Market, keep watch on competitors move and make counter strategies.

Required Competencies:

· Experience in Merchandising and Product development in the leather industry with an ecommerce Company.

· Experience of handling merchandising for Ecommerce platforms would be an added advantage.

· One who has participated and represented his company in International shows would be preferred.

· Strong Excel and analytical skills.

· Ability to take initiative and work autonomously.

· Strong verbal and written communication skills.

· Strong project management, analytical skills, numerical skills.

· Excellent market analysis skills.

· Ability to establish and maintain positive working relationships with key members to facilitate accomplishment of work.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
