1.Promote property through marketing initiatives.

2.Maintain social media presence at property level and at a corporate level.

3. Design promotional web landing pages to track the effectiveness of other marketing initiatives. Draft Press Releases represent the company to media outlets.

4 Seek to minimize marketing expenses, develop annual forecasts.

5.Accomplish financial objectives by paying bills, preparing an annual budget with assistance, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, initiating corrective action.

6. Visually inspect interior and exterior of properties according to a regular schedule, daily, weekly, monthly.

• Should have min of 3-4 years' experience in Property .
• Present, promote and sell products / services using solid opinions to existing and prospective clients.
• Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing / potential clients to meet their needs. Strong convincing ability.
• Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
• Reach out to customer leads through cold calling / lead generated through various marketing tools.
• Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
• Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
• Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments.
