- Co-ordination between MEP and Lifeguards team
- Create and maintain daily startup and closure checklists
- Create policy and procedure documentation
- Guest and complain handling
- Train themselves on the management of a Aquatic facility
- Pass the Pool operator course
- Maintain project team
- Plan and direct the house keeping department
Prior experience with an aquatic facility would be advantageous.
