New Job Management Trainee - Fundraising & Talent Sourcing In West Bengal

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Research on the identification of and approaches of various Lenders (Banks, NBFCs, DFIs, MFs, Corporates, etc.) with funding opportunities.

• Build on relationships with existing as well as probable lenders

• Preparation of investor presentations, including investor decks, quarterly reports, etc.

• Prepare proposals, applications, information memorandum and any other document required for funding

• Understanding of different financial models as required by the Lenders to assess the fund requirement

• Create, monitor and manage all documentation and presentation materials required for fundraising

• Understand due diligence requests from prospective banks/VCs and gather necessary information and prepare a comprehensive response

• Fix meeting with the probable lenders and be part of the meeting and understand the interest rate, all-in cost, representation and warranties and various other covenants

• Ensure timely compliance as agreed under loan documents

• Understand the current manpower requirement and conduct a research on the same

• Creation of a detailed JD as per the requirement and post it on the various job boards and professional networking sites

• Conduct the initial round of screening, share updates with the Management and coordinate with the candidates till onboarding.

Desired Candidate Profile :

• Interest in India's start-up ecosystem and curiosity about new business models and sectors

• Familiarity with financial concepts related to early-stage startups, ability to read financial data

• Excellent project management and ability to manage multiple open threads at the same time

• High emotional intelligence and ability to have tough conversations/negotiations in an empathetic and respectful way

• Excellent verbal and written English skills

Highly Preferred :

• CFA/MBA (Finance) educational background

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
