Management Trainee Duration

  • Training period - 1 Month
  • Post evaluation of 1-month training period. Inside sales B2B role will be allocated.
  • 3 months’ probation period

What will I do?
In this role, you will be primarily responsible for attracting new business clients. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual that strives to make a difference. You will:

  • Build B2B Sales strategy for the company and segment the customers, industries to target
  • Propose various methods of enrolling more employees of target corporations in our programs either
  • through customized B2B programs or directly in our existing batches.
  • Build solid lead generation channels to build a strong pipeline of B2B leads
  • Identify the right channel & leaders segment to reach out to B2B Clients.
  • Build marketing channels to engage and get a regular flow of B2B leads
  • Follow the complete sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure within defined timelines.
  • Resolve client issues in a timely and thorough manner.

What skills should I have?

  • Strong communication and writing skills
  • Excellent communication skills and a strong mastery of written and verbal English.

Additional Languages will be an advantage

  • Ability to influence stakeholders and create successful outcomes
  • Ability to sustain in a dynamic environment as we work hard round the clock
  • Highly self-motivated, able to work with a target-driven mind-set.
