- BTech/BE Degree in Electronics and Communication (or equivalent)
- Minimum of 1 to 3 years’ experience in the activities mentioned

Mandatory:
- Strong problem solving, troubleshooting, and analytical skills
- Implementation knowledge of ESD
- Strong team player and be able to lead and direct others
- Good written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work with detail as well as with general assignments
- A professional, results oriented individual with a high degree of self-motivation
- Reports to Management at Agreed frequency
- Co-ordination with Outsourcing team to ensure successful completion of tasks
