We are looking for an IT Support Consultant to perform the following tasks, for our product & services.

Key Responsibilities

1. Work on our platform to create AI Conversational Chatbots for customer conversations

2. Work on APIs to integrate with other services i.e., Google Dialog Flow, Zoho, etc.

3. Explore & build expertise on new products which are amplifying the product management lifecycle

4. Provide required support to existing customers

5. Focus on bringing automation in place through integrations, Workflow, or SOPs

6. Learn new technologies for continuous growth at the self-level as well as the company

Skill and Abilities

• JavaScript, APIs, JQuery, JSON

• Confidence and ability to understand customer needs

• Ability to work with others in a team

• Well versed with technical tools required and able to understand conditions and logic in building conversational flow.
