We are looking for HR Executive with excellent verbal and written communication skills. The ideal candidate should have the ability to call, connect and interact with potential candidates.

Experience: 1.5 - 3 years (IT background candidate is eligible)
Job Location: Peer Muchalla, Dhakoli, Zirakpur

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Design and implement an overall recruiting strategy.
• Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications.
• Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives.
• Source and recruit candidates by using databases, or other platforms such as Linkedin, Naukri and Jobssummary.
• Screen candidate resumes and job applications.
• Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within the schedule.
• Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
