Bookcargo is a technology based Company with a vision to digitalise transportation vehicle bookings. Bookcargo is a tech-based mobile application designed to help users book vehicles online to transport anything in their city, be it goods transportation, courier delivery, house shifting, anything, we are available.

Job overview :

The main objective as HR Executive would be to manage the recruitment process and hire personnels in order to fill vacant positions as required by the Company.

Key roles :

• Managing the recruitment and selection process. (Sourcing, shortlisting, conducting interview)
• Posting on various job portals/pages.
• Screen incoming applications and interviewing applicants.
• Maintain candidate database, executing Contracts and Employee related paperwork.
• Providing basic training and orientation.
• Maintaining employee records as per terms of company.
• General office administration and supervision of work of hired personnels.
• Collecting daily reports and weekly assessments.
• Conducting followups with hired personnels to resolve any open queries or concerns.
• Supporting team on other activities.

Key skills & qualification: -

• Min 1 year as a recruiter/manager.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Working knowledge of MS Office applications including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Bachelors or Masters degree preferred in a Human Resource, Management, Business or a related discipline or equivalent experience.
• Ability to prioritize, multi-task and work within a given time schedule.
• Must have willingness to learn new technologies.
• Must be result oriented and time bound.

Salary: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
