Full Description
What You Will Do:
- Preparation of monthly accrual reports and analyzing accrual, prepaid, and GRIR to ensure monthly closure and variances.
- Preparation of cash flow forecast for Group reporting and ensuring fund availability for routine payments.
- Preparation of monthly variance report for India.
- Monthly P&L variance analysis
– actual v/s plan analysis
- Preparation of monthly cash flow statement and variance analysis on monthly cash flow statement. - Preparation of daily bank reconciliation and fund flow statement to maintain funds availability
for payroll, vendor, and other payments.
- Preparation of monthly balance sheet reconciliations and understanding of the control aspect of GL accounts and initiate clearance if required.
- To support statutory and internal audits and other statutory submissions like statistical data to government etc.
- Clearance of inter-company control accounts and raising inter
-company invoices with complete end-to-end responsibility and ensure zero variance in the matrix.
- Assisting in the preparation and monthly analysis of GST returns and filings.
- Any other MIS and work as required during the course of business in accounts and financial controlling profile.
What You Will Bring:
- General accounting experience
- Working with external auditors and tax advisors
- Practical experience in all aspects of the month-end and annual closing accounting and planning processes and in leading others to deliver these requirements
- Improving processes and controls
- Involvement in the functions of bank authorization, payroll, fixed assets accounting, and balance sheet reconciliation
- Working knowledge of ERP
- SAP
- Working within a high sales are driven and fast-moving culture
- Involvement in the financial integration of new organizations, through acquisition - Excellent communication and presentation skills at all levels
- Analytical approach. - Audit and control
