Human Resource Executive/Sr. Executive

Exp: 2-4 years

Location : Sitapura Industrial Area, Jaipur

Work Mode : Onsite

Working days : 6 days

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Assist in monitoring/tracking employee relations issues including resolution and follow-up
2. Assist and support management and the leadership team with handling and resolving Human Resources issues
3. Monitor all hiring and recruitment processes for compliance with all local, state, and federal laws and company policies and standards
4. Inform Human Resources management of issues related to employee relations
5. Respond to questions, requests, and concerns from employees and management regarding company and

Human Resources programs, policies and guidelines
6. Disseminate information to employees related to employer-employee relations, employee activities, and personnel policies and programs
7. Review and ensure accurate maintenance of all employee records and files Assist in logistics, administration, and scheduling of annual employee surveys
8. Answer phone calls and record messages
9. Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, and motivating and coaching employees
10. Follow all company and safety and security policies and procedures; report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager
11. Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information
12. Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards
13. Speak with others using clear and professional language; answer telephones using appropriate etiquette
14. Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others; support team to reach common goals; listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of other employees
15. Enter and locate work-related information using computers and/or point of sale systems

16. Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties
17. compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies)
18. Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations etc)
19. Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys etc) and take minutes
20. Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations
21. Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, etc)
22. Handle Admin staff & their reporting for routine activities like- security staff, vendor management, AMCs of tools, Machines & equipment, audits etc.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Graduate with MBA in HR
  • Decent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Dynamic, aggressive, result oriented and self-starter.
  • Sound knowledge of HR functions and duties
  • Strong negotiation and consultative skills.
