New Job Executive / Sr. Executive - Import Customer Support - Cha In Tamil Nadu

• Documentation & Follow up of Customs Procedure
• Shipments followup and update with Clients
• Booking Procedure with Carriers and Truckers
• Should depict exceptional skills in coordination with field Operations staff, Customers, and Communication with Shipping Lines.
• Arrangement of Deliveries and follow-up with clients and operations team
• Responsible for Reviewing all Documents.
• Assists in the day-to-day Operations for Imports to ensure that Customer Requirements are met.
• Responsible for Informing Management of the Progress and Requirements of the Department.
• Responsible for Customer Service internally, Bookings, Documentation, and Execution of Routing for Assigned Shipments.

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
