• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Required to work in Nightshift (Work From Home) Timings: 08:00 PM to 08:00 AM.
• Preferably Looking for Hyderabad Location People because based on requirement should visit Office.
• Require to work on weekends basis a rotational roster
• Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
• Receive calls from patients and connect to concerned doctor
• Track record of patients data
• Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
• Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of queries.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualification: Any Undergraduate, graduate or post graduate

• Min 0 to 1 years experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
• Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Immediate Joiner will be Preferred
• Must Speak English, Hindi, Telugu Languages.
