New Job Computer & Printer Service Technician In Kerala

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide technical assistance and resolution as necessary
• Set up new computer systems and perform routine maintenance
• Ensure that Internet security software is updated and running properly
• Maintain computer equipment and software to ensure secure and efficient operations
• Repair computer hardware and servers as required
• Test and implement new software programs if required
• Analyse and resolve any technical issues related to computer systems, hardware, and computer peripherals
• Must be available to provide on-site servicing and rectify the major OEM printers
• Resolve problems with the desktops, laptops, and printers at the component level
• Provide feedback that includes customer information and usage reports for the printer
• Record, upgrade and replace hardware and software systems
• Offer technical support for activities associated with the identification, prioritization, and resolution of reported problems
• Install and reinstall software packages and updates
• Be able to recognize, research, isolate, resolve, and follow-up on problems

Key Skills Required:

• Minimum one year of experience as technician
• Bachelor’s Degree/ Diploma in Computer Science or related field
• Must be able to solve problems,
• Ability to understand and interpret technical terms
• Strong understanding of Microsoft and Apple operating systems

• Able to read and understand technical manuals
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize projects effectively

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
