SaffronStays is a growing Micro Hospitality brand disrupting the hospitality market. We curate private vacation home experiences, making our member's vacations authentic and memorable.
We bring to our guests unforgettable, private, and exclusive vacation homes where families can bond with loved ones whilst enjoying home-like hospitality and certainty of service standards.
Responsibilities:
1. To generate potential Business leads (Vacation Homes) for the organization
2. Assist to devise activations, events, and marketing campaigns for the generation of leads and
execute the same. (Vacation Homes)
3. Assist to create a strong referral model to generate leads for new Homes.
4. Assist meetings, screen, and pitch business concepts, and signing up new Homes
5. To be the Relationship Manager for Home Owners
Requirements:
1. Being Target oriented
2. Willingness to be on the field 90% of the time
3. Excellent communication skills - Must
4. Excellent relationship management and negotiation skills
5. Willingness to hustle is a must as well
6. Should know how to drive and should have a license
