We - Evercrest Projects Pvt Ltd. -are Turnkey Project (Civil + MEPF), contractors are doing projects in pan India, Government, semi-government, central government, and privates projects. We are looking for the candidate who is willing to travel and do the promotion for the Company. Looking for the Business Development Manager.

Required Candidate profile

  • · Preferred Engineering background in Civil
  • · Industry : - Constructions/Engineering
  • · Skills : - Proficient knowledge of Outlook, MS Office, PowerPoint, Excel, MS word, Internet & social media
  • Should have experience in companies in the business of EPC.

Independently generate inquiries, prepare estimations, provide value engineering solutions, negotiate with suppliers, meet consultant/ client for technical and commercial negotiations, prepare detailed market analysis reports. Candidate must be capable of leading a team of engineers.

Job description

  • Marketing executives are involved in developing marketing campaigns to promote company & contact consultants & Architects.
  • Evaluating marketing campaigns, monitoring competitor activity.
  • Meeting architects, real estate developers, engineers, Govt. officials and applicators for product presentations.
  • Conceptualize and execute various marketing and awareness activities like exhibitions, advertising, promotions, etc…
  • Liaison with Government departments.
  • Project co-ordination & management.
  • Responsible to develop a distribution channel, and generate business in assigned territory.
  • To develop business from Government departments and Railways through Indents and Tendering in PAN India.
  • Handle group meetings with masons/contractors/ painters for product awareness and demonstrate the applications.
  • Responsible for executing various promotional and marketing activities.
  • Local market research.
  • Develop and manage a distribution network.
  • To attend meetings and presentations and queries of a corporate client.

Day-to-day tasks are likely to involve:

  • Searching for new clients who could benefit from your products in a designated region
  • Travelling to visit potential clients
  • Establishing new, and maintaining existing, relationships with customers
  • Managing and interpreting customer requirements
  • Persuading clients that a product or service will best satisfy their needs
  • Calculating client quotations
  • Negotiating tender and contract terms
  • Negotiating and closing sales by agreeing terms and conditions
  • Offering after-sales support services
  • Administering client accounts
  • Analysing costs and sales
  • Preparing reports for head office
  • Meeting regular sales targets
  • Recording and maintaining client contact data
  • Coordinating sales projects
  • Supporting marketing by attending trade shows, conferences and other marketing events
  • Making technical presentations and demonstrating how a product will meet client needs
  • Providing pre-sales technical assistance and product education
  • Liaising with other members of the sales team and other technical experts
  • Solving client problems
  • Helping in the design of custom-made products
  • Providing training and producing support material for the sales team
