Role description

The role is a Work from office role and we are seeking folks who will lead in all stages of the sales cycle. The candidates should help us achieve the services that our students have grown to rely on and should be confident in building new client relationships (Business to Business) and maintaining existing ones. Applicants need to be quick with learning new skills, have strong communication and possess the ability to showcase our offerings compellingly

What are the responsibilities?

  • The candidate needs to build and maintain relationships with prospects
  • They need to analyze the current market by own research and establish a strong sales pipeline
  • End-to-end sales closure and weekly target achievement
  • Calling prospects & fix online/offline demonstrations with Students/Parents
  • Develop week-on-week sales models for immense business growth
  • Should be able to understand consumer (students and parents) behavior
  • Enthusiastic and willing to work relentlessly for achieving and exceeding business targets is a must.
  • Thrive and survive in a fast-paced work environment
  • Must own laptop

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in any field
  • Freshers with hunger and passion to grow in sales can also apply
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Individual Contribution (Only Female candidates)

Salary - Upto 4L pa (Based on experience) and a young peer group to grow together.
