Job Description
- Expertise in handling Business Process Transformation projects.
- Experience in Business Process Management
- Define and streamline Business processes (e.g. BPMN techniques) including process optimization (as-is & to-be)
- Conduct business analysis, from requirements gathering to interacting with onsite Business Process Management Team
- Mentor junior team members to come up the learning curve, as required
- Develop BPMN Workflows using Visio or similar tools
Essential Skills
- Minimum 3-6 yrs experience in Data & Systems analysis using structured methods (BPMN 2.0)
- Experience with BPMN 2.0 is a must
- A minimum of 1-year experience in practical knowledge of BPM workflow engineering
- Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
- Excellent computer skills and proficiency with the MS Office Suite, MS Project and Visualization tools.

Salary: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
