Job Description for Office Admin

  • Performing market research.
  • Gathering and processing research data.
  • Performing basic admin duties including printing, sending emails, and ordering office supplies.
  • Assisting and coordinating with the sales team.
  • Assisting the Front Office team.
  • Assisting with inventory control.
  • Organizing staff meetings and updating calendars.
  • Processing company receipts, invoices, and bills.
  • Assisting and supporting management.
  • Generate leads, allocation and follow up by using various platforms.
  • Manage digital marketing.
  • Coordinate with buyers and suppliers, telephonic or by using mail.
  • By using various tools provided by the company like ERP or Tracking System, you have to coordinate with the entire team.
  • Logistic documents management.
  • Payment and Cylinders follow up.
  • Additionally, you have to take care of HR related responsibilities also.
  • Apart from above mentioned duties, you must be willing to accept any additional task or work allocate by the management for the growth of the company.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
