Job Description for Office Admin
- Performing market research.
- Gathering and processing research data.
- Performing basic admin duties including printing, sending emails, and ordering office supplies.
- Assisting and coordinating with the sales team.
- Assisting the Front Office team.
- Assisting with inventory control.
- Organizing staff meetings and updating calendars.
- Processing company receipts, invoices, and bills.
- Assisting and supporting management.
- Generate leads, allocation and follow up by using various platforms.
- Manage digital marketing.
- Coordinate with buyers and suppliers, telephonic or by using mail.
- By using various tools provided by the company like ERP or Tracking System, you have to coordinate with the entire team.
- Logistic documents management.
- Payment and Cylinders follow up.
- Additionally, you have to take care of HR related responsibilities also.
- Apart from above mentioned duties, you must be willing to accept any additional task or work allocate by the management for the growth of the company.
