New Job Back Office Manager-Sales In Punjab

• To act as feedback mechanism to ensure KVPL’s policies & procedures are being followed religiously, to identify the defaulters, understand their issues & try to correct them.

• To ensure that all Seniors (who are at top of their respective chains) are following their duties properly & submitting their daily / weekly / monthly / yearly reports timely & properly.
• To derive all outputs those are required to be taken out of the above said reports & track our performance & progress.
• To maintain this data & do periodic & rigorous analysis accordingly which will be beneficial for KVPL.
• To identify delays in our process & try to remove them.
• To help us with our future vision of within hour reply & Next Business Day dispatch system.
• To manage all direct enquiries & keep follow up till closure of the case.
• Track the progress of sales team daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly in regard to annual objectives.
• To do sale analysis – dealer wise, area wise, sales agent wise etc. & make reports.
• To maintain & continuously review any special prices given.
• To maintain all policies and schemes updated and conveyed to each sales person clearly.
• To maintain direct enquiry register.
• To maintain monthly production register.
• To maintain monthly sales register.
• To maintain monthly dispatch register.
• To maintain monthly payment register.
• To show readiness to extend working hours to meet the deadlines & plan your leaves accordingly.
• To collect MSAFs within stipulated time & maintain monthly MSAF register for all Sales team.
• To maintain data as per formats suitable for ISO audit.
• Other task assigned by Reporting Manager & Management.
• Other things can be added later as per your potential at later stages.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹275,000.00 - ₹375,000.00 per year
