We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of AVP- Finance Operations



Principal responsibilities:

  • Plan and drive annual migration plan, for Global Finance Centers, in line with migration strategy agreed by Senior Leadership team.
  • Assume overall responsibility for managing or meeting service expectations of business units, migrating work to the assigned GFC site, during the migration phase.
  • Proactively ensure availability of pre-migration / migration documentation to GFC functions, matching to the agreed methodology with the assigned business entities.
  • Collate, maintain and provide accurate Management Information within agreed timescales on a regular basis.
  • Tracking actual headcount against approved; forecasting headcount pattern
  • Actual organisation is in line with Blueprint; any exceptions have required approvals
  • Resourcing process/FTE Tracking/Headcount approvals & Analysis
  • Business Support and Governance - Consultancy accruals/other support activities
Requirements

  • Post Graduate with at least 10+ years of post-qualification with experience in Project & Business Management in F&A Operations in shared services environment
  • Good communication skills and presentation skills are mandatory
  • Global Exposure: Ability to interact with multiple cultures / multi-tasking
  • Proficiency in MS office suite with strong base in new technologies like Python, Qliksense, Anaplan, Appian etc.
  • Exposure to Finance processes, systems etc.
  • Strong control focus is required
  • Ability to independently manage the service delivery of designated processes with logical decision making
  • Senior Stakeholder management along with ability to challenge based on facts & reason
  • Conflict management
  • Influencing skills
