Job Title: Assistant Manager - Projects

Job Location: Gurugram

Experience: 4-6 (Should possess a full-time Undergraduate degree/ diploma in civil engineering or Architecture from a reputed School)

Diversity: Male/Female

Role: Incumbent on this will be responsible for the store/site Planning, designing, build-up & co-ordination.

He/she is jointly responsible for the closure of all issues relating to the build-up of the store/site

Key Responsibilities: Design Co-ordination o Design Management with International/Local Architects to ensure that the designs are being proposed in tandem with Brands expectations.

Coordination with relevant stakeholders/ Design consultants to get approval for all items localized from the International Partner/Supplier.

Ensure coordination between varied departments of IT/Security etc. included in designs of Ensuring that the correct information is reflected on design drawings (Interior & MEP) along with a BOQ which should be a part of the documentation for site execution. Preparation and understanding of CAPEX with a total Lifecycle of Project to be made at the Initiation of the Project.

Price Negotiation with the Central Procurement Team. Ensure that all submitted technical details/Dwgs, BOQs, and specifications as required by the Commercial/Central Procurement team of Reliance are accurate. Validate/Check the quantities given by the Supplier/Vendor for the approved rate analysis done by the Central Procurement team.

Follow-up with the Central Procurement team for early/timely closure of rates. Ensure all Purchase Orders are raised as per the proposed PERT chart.

Site Progress Report Detailed Site Execution PERT Chart to be provided at the initiation of site works Based on proposed PERT and site visits, the candidate should publish the weekly report for all ongoing sites with detailed photos. Ensure all items /fixtures/Materials should be delivered as per the planned PERT chart. Highlight issues to the related internal department to ensure that any delays are avoided All Project Documentation / Bills/ Purchase Orders to be closed within a month from Handover to Operations.
