New Job Area Sales Manager In Odisha

Responsible for driving stores’ plan sales productivity in a month from CLIENT’s current and new stores in the region of Odisha.

2. Responsible for driving the store managers & sales staff to achieve their daily and monthly targets and increase plan sale attachments ratios

3. Identify both slow moving and fast-moving plan sales and explore ways to improve the sales metrics on continuous basis

4. Communicate actively with CLIENT sales teams in each area to help foster a team spirit and plan sales revenue

5. Plan and execute sales meetings to help provide feedback and sales insights

6. Identify product training need amongst the sales teams and initiate to provide the same

7. Conduct market research to understand competition and emerging market trends

8. Identify prospective dealer/retailers in the state, plan of action of tie-up and initiate the process of onboarding them on monthly basis

9. Identifying multi-brand service centers in BHUBANESWAR for WideCare tie-up

10. Responsible for deployment of WideCare marketing material in CLIENT’S stores

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: From ₹18,000.00 per month
