New Job Android Developer In West Bengal

Ascentspark Software is looking for a native Android developer, experience 1-2 years to join our existing team.

We are a custom web and mobile application development company based out of Kolkata, West Bengal.

Location of workplace is West Bengal, Salt Lake sector 5, opposite RDB cinemas.

We are currently observing 100% work from home during the pandemic period.

Candidates selected after initial CV screening will be called for an online interview via google meet.

Desired candidate profile is as follows -

• Have good knowledge about Android architecture and good practices
• Can code in Java and Kotlin. Knowledge of Kotlin is not mandatory but preferred.
• Can create layout from Figma or XD design references accurately
• Knowledge of a version control system (like GIT)
• Has worked on integrating apps with REST based web services/data feed using JSON
• Have the ability to work in an agile team environment and have passion for learning and building high quality software.
• Good communication skills, English speaking skill is desired but not mandatory.

Responsibilities and Duties

1. Converting graphical UI into Android Layout
2. Coding Android Apps for functionality and consuming json API
3. Ensuring compatibility of app with various devices
4. Solving bugs and issues with the app independently
5.Making performance optimisations on the app to improve responsiveness and handle crashes

Key Skills
Java, Kotlin, AndroidSDK, RxJava

Salary is negotiable, depend on the skill set/experience of the candidate, in a range between Rs. 30,000/month - Rs.50,000/month

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
