Job Title: Academic Counsellor

Preferred Location: Guntur, Andhra Pradesh

Joining: Immediate joiner

Responsibilities:

·Interact with potential walk-in customers.

·Recommend potential products or services to customers by analyzing customer needs.

·Focus on achieving targets based on walk-ins, connectivity and sales conversion.

·Maintains customer records by updating account information in the database.

·Understand the customer's queries and identify the customer's needs and give the best resolution to the customer.

·Maintain relationships with customers by providing support, information, and guidance and providing them with 100% satisfaction with the product they purchase.

·Focus on quality of work and documentation of the action as well.

·Be a team player and maintain team spirit, positive energy at work.

Skills required:

·Customer Relationship Management

·Basic Excel skills

·Communication skills in English, Telugu and Hindi. Additional languages are an added advantage.

Key Skills: Customer Management, Sales Management.

Education Qualification:

·Any degree is acceptable

Eligibility:

·Freshers or 1+ years of experience

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Day shift
